Many business owners I meet say this above statement.
Many business owners believe in this myth and it keeps them in chaos.
But here is the simple truth.
Every business, regardless of industry, has same functions.
Marketing,
Sales,
Delivery,
Operations,
Accounts and finance and
HR.
A lot of these functions can be streamlined and you can set up systems around it.
You can easily identify the tasks done in each department and break it down in to a step by step process (SOP).
I have worked with 100s of business owners and helped them setup scalable systems. I haven’t yet come across a business where we can’t setup systems.
If you believe this statement that your business cannot be systemized, I highly recommend that you introspect for some time.
Because you can actually set up systems and scale it and you can also delegate a lot of tasks to your team members.
