Recently, I was speaking to an entrepreneur who was feeling lost. He had a lot of incomplete tasks, many decisions to be taken and didn’t know where to start.
Here is what I recommended him:
“Empty your mind”
Here’s what I meant.
Sit down for 30 to 60 minutes and
Write all the incomplete tasks.
Write everything that is bothering you.
Write the decisions that are yet to be taken.
Write the conversations you want to have with others.
Write all the things that you are waiting for from others.
In short, get everything out of mind and put everything on a piece of paper.
You can use a notepad or word document to write everything that’s in your mind.
Once you finish writing, here is what will happen.
It becomes easy to say no to unimportant things.
You get a lot of clarity on your current situation.
You won't worry about forgetting tasks.
You know exactly all the pending work.
You focus on the current task you are doing.
It becomes easy to prioritize the important work.
Empty your mind → Gain clarity
Action step for today
Sit down for 30 to 60 minutes and empty your mind
